Holiday apartment

Our holiday apartment (60 m²) is on the second floor of a centrally located apartment in Lenzkirch. The house was built in the seventies and is five minutes’ walk from the town centre (town hall, supermarkets, bank, butchers, convenience store, pubs, bakery, bus stop, etc.). WiFi available. The use of the fireside is possible on request.

Living Room

The apartment consists of a large 29 m² living room and is open up to the roof. There is a corner arrangement with a sofa, table and two arm chairs as well as a large round table (seats up to 6 persons). The gallery (12 m²) can be reached via a space-savin ladder (NEW – not yet on the photos) . It contains a foldaway double bed – ideal for a couple or two (somewhat older) children. The gallery is protected with a handrail.

Bedroom

The bedroom (12 m²) is equipped with a double bed (200cm long, 180 wide), a wardrobe and several chests of drawers.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped as follows: Electric hob with oven, fridge, sink (no dishwasher) and various (electrical) appliances.

Bathroom

The bathroom contains a bathtub (incl. shower with shower curtain) and the usual sanitary appliances.

Balcony

The balcony (12qm) is west-facing, providing views of the church and the stream that flows by the house. In the summer months you can make yourself comfortable on the balcony with two loungers, 4 folding chairs, a parasol and 2 little tables.

The apartment is fully kitted out, with crockery/tableware for up to six persons, WLAN, SAT-TV, games and some books. Bed linen and towels are included in the price.

The holiday apartment is fully equipped to cater for up to four guests.

The kitchen includes:

  • Fridge incl. freezer compartment
  • Electric coffee machine
  • Fondue set
  • Simple espresso maker
  • Crockery, cutlery and glasses for more than 4 persons
  • Electric hob with oven
  • Toaster
  • Cooking utensils
  • Tea towels, etc.

Sometimes we stay in the apartment ourselves, which is why the kitchen is very well equipped.
